Please note, there are many underage players in the guild and several rules below will explain why you cant do certain things because of that. After you've read the rules, then please by all means have fun.
Rules -
1. NO bieng a NINJA! You cannot ninja items from anyone in the legion. If you have questions about this, please email the Guildmaster about it because we understand he has more to say on the subject.
2. NO SEXUAL suggestions or content of any kind in guild chat. ( I had to deal with angry parents and members last time this happened in my guild because there are children and underage teens that play in the guild and their parents dont want them exposed to that kind of behavior. 3. No fighting with other guild members, staff or the guildmasters.
4. If you have any suggestions or ideas to help us improve your playing experience in the Legion please let us know.
5. You must be at least Level 40+ in order to join in guild instance raids and level 10+ to join pvp raids. ( I'll add more for this rule if I'm able to figure out low level instances can be raided and if they can I'll lower the level cap) - Also if your hoping to join our guild for the raids you must enter a application to join the guild for raids, but other than that you're more than welcome to join the guild.
6. Everyone must obey a direct order from the staff members , even the staff have to obey if the Guildmaster's gives an order to stop fighting in the guild chat and you must obey their word when in a raid with the guild.
7. If you have a complaint about a member of the Knighthood or member of a different guild please take your situation to the Guildmasters or make a report it so an officer, or one of the guildmasters can look at it and help you with your problem.
8. You are not prohibited to use cheat's or hacks while bieng a member of the guild. I've supplied many different websites on the guild website in the WoW Help Forum. If you decide to use them please do so at your own risk for no one in the guild including I shall not take responsiblity for your actions if you use cheats and hacks because you received a warning about it.
These are the few rules we will have for now, but if members of the guild start to grow out of control, then more rules and punishments will be added to help sustain order in the guild and make sure all members are
getting along together.
Punishment's -
The punishment's for breaking the rules will not harm you in any way, but the rules have to be enforced to keep order in our guild. We will list the the punishment's to all the rules that are listed.
Sexual Content - We have children that play in the guild and parents whose children watch them play the game. You will be fined 10g for the first offence, but if you keep it up after you were fined, you will be banned from the guild for a total of 48 hours. If you agree to obey the rules after your 48 hour ban, and your gold that you were fined will be given to the Guildmaster to hold for you till you are allowed back into the guild after your 48 hour ban period.
Fighting - If you are fighting with member's or the staff you will be fined 5g for your first offence. If you continue your actions, you will be fined 10g, and yet again if continue your third warning will result in a 24 hour ban and all gold will be given to the Guildmaster to hold for till you apologize to member's and staff and are allowed back into the guild.
Bieng a Ninja - If you are in a raid group with other Member's of the guild and you decided to steal a Common Rare (Green), a rare (Blue item), an Epic (Purple), or even a Legendary (Orange item) from other member's of the guild you will be fined heavily depending on how much the item you stole from other guildmembers is worth. You you be banned for a week's length and your gold will be given to the Guildmaster to hold till you apologize to the member's you stole from and your accepted back into the guild with the permission of the guildmaster.
Foul Language - If you say anything like , Shit, Fuck, or any other kind of foul language in the guild chat or you direct a member or staff, you will be fined 25g and banned for 48 hours. As was said about the sexual related content, we have kids that play in the guild and we must make a good example for them and make our guild a happy and friendly place for people to interact and play with eachother. Your gold that you were fined will be given to the Guildmaster to hold untill you have apologized to the people you were cussing at and you will be accepted back into the guild after your 48hour time period.
Raid Orders - If you are in a raid group with members of our guild or any other guild, you have to obey the orders your given for that's the only way you'll survive. Now if you wish to disobey direct orders from the leaders of the raid's and either the staff or Guildmaster will be told and you will be fined 10g and not allowed to participate in our Guild Raid's till you learn to obey orders that'll keep you and the rest of the group alive (Doesn't matter if the group dies because their overun you still need to follow order's). If it's been proved by other raids participants that you weren't listening you'll also be banned from the guild for 24 hour's and then you'll be allowed back into the guild the next day and your gold that you were fined will be given back.
These are all the punishments I have listed for now if people still grow out of control, harsher punishments will be added and I really dont want to add anymore worse punishments. So please everyone get along and set a good example for the kids and new members in the guild by following the rules so that they might learn from your good example and do the same.
Also note if you dont hand over the gold your fined, you will not be allowed back into the guild permantly because no one is going to steal the gold you were fined for mis-behavior. It is'nt a scam for me to get rich, it is held as collaterial until you apologize to the people you went off on. I personally think thats it's better to be fined gold and hand it over to me rather than I report you to the Blizzard Gm's and get you either a temporary ban or permanent ban. So please if I fine you gold, just hand it over and you'll get it back wether you get banned from the guild for a few hours or permanetly.
If you dont have that kind of gold it'll be charged 50s if you have less than 1g and if your lower than 50s I'll only fine you 5s to 10s. I'm a fair guy and I want to have a friendly and happy guild where everyone can be friends with each other. Also note, that if you keep breaking rules after you were fined, your gold will be donated to the guilds bank account and you will be reported to the Gms. I'm sorry if I come off as a harsh guy, but I assure you it's for the best for my guildmembers that I make these rules and small punishments.
